Terms and conditions

1. Private-alpha status

ezTradie is an invitation-only service under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused or withdrawn during testing. The feature catalogue distinguishes current capabilities from planned work.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act for the business connected to your workspace. Keep sign-in details secure, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts you control.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use ezTradie unlawfully, attempt to access another business workspace, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights or use the service to send misleading, abusive or unsolicited communications.

4. Business and customer data

You retain responsibility for the business, customer, job, image and document content you enter. You confirm that you have authority to collect, use and upload it and that your use complies with applicable privacy, record-keeping and industry obligations. Do not use the alpha as your only archive of critical records. Any applicable retention or deletion arrangements should be confirmed before relying on them.

5. Music, audio and lyrics

Only upload music, audio, artwork, lyrics and related information that your organisation owns or is licensed or otherwise authorised to store and use for the intended purpose. You remain responsible for any copyright, performer, recording, publishing, synchronisation or platform rights needed for a reel or other output. ezTradie may process uploaded audio into shorter variants for your organisation.

6. AI and automated outputs

Automated suggestions, drafts, captions, classifications and generated media may be incomplete or unsuitable. Review them before use or publication. Unless expressly confirmed, an automated draft is not professional, legal, accounting or safety advice and should not be treated as a final business record.

7. Messages and third-party services

Connections to email, SMS, accounting, calendar, social or other providers may be unavailable or separately governed by those providers. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, content, permissions and charges before sending or publishing anything.

8. Fees

Any alpha fees, allowances or provider costs will be confirmed separately with the participating business. No commercial subscription or automatic payment should be assumed unless it has been expressly agreed.

9. Availability, changes and backups

The alpha is supplied for evaluation and may experience interruptions or errors. Keep independent copies of information needed to operate your business. We may maintain, modify, limit or suspend access where reasonably required for security, testing, legal compliance or protection of users and systems.

10. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant the operator the limited permission necessary to host, copy, process and display that content to operate and improve the service for your organisation. The ezTradie software, design and branding remain the property of their respective owner or licensors.

11. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the final liability settings for commercial use require legal review before launch.

12. Suspension and ending access

You may ask to stop participating in the private alpha. Access may be suspended or ended for serious misuse, security risk, legal necessity or material breach. Before relying on export or deletion arrangements, confirm them with the alpha operator.

13. Changes and contact

These draft terms may change as the alpha develops. Material terms should be presented for renewed acceptance once versioned acceptance is implemented. During the invitation-only alpha, use the contact channel supplied with your invitation or existing account relationship for questions or requests.
